Great karmic wyrm is a type of monster in ADOM. They are very nasty late game monsters that breathe bolts of all elements, resist all elemental magical attacks, and affect the PCs luck when attacked in melee. The PC will usually need to attack them with missiles, or try magic missiles of very high effectivity (as wyrms often shrug bolts). Alternatively the PC can try avoiding them, using invisibility or darkness.

Like elemental wyrms they can attack with glowing balls and confusion spells, can quickly heal themselves, and drop a large pile of treasure when killed. Unlike the elemental wyrms, they are not generated with names.
